The ‘Nail The Cross’ music festival is kicking off this weekend in sunny New Cross. Espionage are promoting this festival all across the net, so come on down, and dont forget your crucifix!

‘Frock Me’

Mrs Jones & Alexa Chung

T4 Presenter Alexa Chung went at home with The Jone’s, to interview Mrs Jones in her studio for T4’s Anti Fashion episode for its upcoming TV show ‘Frock Me’ – out in October. Mrs Jones was asked to talk about her relationship with fashion and why she chooses to be an ‘Anti Fashion’ designer and stylist. Alexa Chung bought a sailor type dress with her from Oxfam and asked Mrs Jones to customize the dress live on the day, to show how consumers can change a clothing garment for it to become more Anti Fashion and individual to them. BACARDI B-LIVE Global Radio

BACARDI B-LIVE Global Radio has launched in Canada. Exclaim!, a monthly music magazine known throughout Canada as THE music authority, will host the series of 6 shows on their website exclaim.ca. Produced by Espionage on location in Miami, Athens, Mexico City, Rio de Janiero and Sydney, the shows are hosted by Groove Armada and feature live tracks from BACARDI B-LIVE events, exclusive DJ mixes and artist interviews.

The global radio series is currently live in Brazil, Mexico and Canada and is set to launch in other territories including Germany and New Zealand later this summer. Watch this space…

1st place Bahbak Hashemi - Nezhad

PYMCA SHOWCASED THE WINNERS OF THEIR HIP HOP COMPETITION AND THE TALENT WAS OUTSTANDING…

Check out the images of the finalists work here. PYMCA are proud to have reopened their success of last years WildStyles Hip Hop Exhibition in Camden this year, to have found some fresh new talent that they believe have a bright future ahead. The finalists work on exhibition ranged from photography, to illustration and sculpture, all representing contemporary Hip Hop Culture through image.

Competition judge, Eddie Otchere, presented the 3 winning finalists Pentax camera prizes and gave credit to the incredible entrants high quality work, that truly stood out as some very exciting new talent in todays competitive image making world.

The Winner Bahbak Hashemi – Nezhad… can be seen standing proudly in front of his black and white print taken in Sydney. “I could have got in to a lot of trouble if I had been caught taking this!” he says on the night.
