PYMCA SHOWCASED THE WINNERS OF THEIR HIP HOP COMPETITION AND THE TALENT WAS OUTSTANDING…

PYMCA are proud to have reopened their success of last years WildStyles Hip Hop Exhibition in Camden this year, to have found some fresh new talent that they believe have a bright future ahead. The finalists work on exhibition ranged from photography, to illustration and sculpture, all representing contemporary Hip Hop Culture through image.

Competition judge, Eddie Otchere, presented the 3 winning finalists Pentax camera prizes and gave credit to the incredible entrants high quality work, that truly stood out as some very exciting new talent in todays competitive image making world.

The Winner Bahbak Hashemi – Nezhad… can be seen standing proudly in front of his black and white print taken in Sydney. “I could have got in to a lot of trouble if I had been caught taking this!” he says on the night.

All images are available to purchase and to go see at Bar Vinyl, InvernessStreet, Camden until 4th August.
